The Problem

The Solution
Built a Mission Control dashboard and workflow automation layer to centralize task orchestration, activity tracking, and proactive reporting. Added automated intelligence feed generation and reliability checks to ensure critical updates are available daily.
Implementation
Implemented backend endpoints for live activity and news feed refresh, integrated frontend views for operations and business insights, added cron-based daily digest generation, and improved status accuracy by reconciling activity data with repository work signals.
